Pale Ale is a medium-bodied beer packed with flavour and complexity from the use of premium malt and whole-cone Cascade hops. It has a bright, flowery, and citrus flavour balanced by a toasted and slightly sweet malt body. The aroma is big and fragrant in what has become known as the “Sierra Nevada style."
