Tasting Note : From a 75-year-old vineyard called La Cantera (the Quarry), where stony terroir radiates heat through cold evenings while ripening the grapes. The older the vines, the more expressive the wine — and this Garnacha has punchy flavours. Aged 6 months in oak, adding structure and subtle spice. Ruby in colour with ripe red berry flavours and a smooth, velvety finish.
